Haşhaş helvası is a halva made with grape molasses and poppy seed, also called parmak helvası. It sits among the halvas of Ottoman cooking and can be made in two forms, known as set and soft. Common around Beyşehir, Afyonkarahisar and Burdur, it is also one of Isparta's sweets.
