Kapaklı Fountain, on present-day Kapaklı Çeşme Street, is one of the Ottoman-period fountains. In the 20th century, three more fountains stood around the site of this still-visible fountain: they bore the names Taş Suyu, Düzün Çeşme and Hünkar Suyu. The water flowing from south of the E-80 motorway turns into a stream, and this stretch is called the Pekmezalçağı (Pekmez Akça) Stream. Near Kapaklı Fountain, this stream takes the name Hünkarpınarı.
