Yumurtalı ısput yemeği is a dish made from a wild green called ısput. Around Bartın and Zonguldak the ısput is cooked with water, onion, egg and spices. The plant carries other names too, hodan in Bolu, burğı in Artvin and tamara in Trabzon, a sign of each region's bond with its own greens.
