Sakarca mıhlaması is a wild-greens dish particular to the Ordu region. The leaves, flowers and bulb-like roots of the sakarca plant are cooked in a pan with onion, egg and spices. Making use of spring's early greens, it is one of the Black Sea's seasonal foods.
