Lahmacun is a Middle Eastern flatbread made by spreading a mixture of mince, parsley, onion, garlic and spices like isot over thin dough and baking it in a stone oven. It differs from pizza in using no cheese and in the thinness of its dough. It is loved across a wide geography, from Kilis to Lebanon and from Armenia to Syria.
