Hardaliye is a non-alcoholic drink made from ripe fresh grapes around Kırklareli. It takes its name from the mustard seed added to the grape must, which shapes the fermentation. As Kırklareli hardaliyesi it is protected by a geographical indication, one of the area's best-known drinks.
