Soup
Ecevit çorbası is a yoghurt soup from the kitchens of Kastamonu. Rice, egg, flour and butter thicken the yoghurt into a velvety, filling bowl. It takes its name from Dr. Fahri Ecevit, with whom the recipe became associated.
