It is used as a private dental hospital. It stands at the corner of Acıbadem Avenue and Zeamet Street. The mansion was built in the early 1900s and is known by the name of its 1930s owner, Tırnakçı Salim Bey. Salim Bey was a prominent figure in the Committee of Union and Progress and, in those years, the director of the military prison known as the Bekirağa Bölüğu, notorious for its torture. He earned his nickname there.
