This is the house where the poet lived for about a year, in 1950 and 1951, with his wife Münevver Hanım. On 17 June 1951 the poet left this house at Dumlupınar Street No. 22 and never returned. "It is an old Greek house." (Source: Küçük Moda, Picturesque in Every Corner, Anais M. Martin)
