Editor's Note
Washburn Hall is a historic building from 1906 on the South Campus of Boğaziçi University, the former main campus of Robert College. Dedicated to George Washburn, one of the college's founding presidents, it opened on 10 April 1906. Built before the First World War using blue limestone found on the campus, it once housed a valued Natural History Museum.
