Founded in the 1950s by the Safranbolu-born brothers Hüseyin and Cemil Ersoy, this pastry shop has stood on Dereboyu Avenue since 1968. Today it is still run by the same family, by Ali Ersoy, son of Hüseyin Ersoy. Source: www.besiktasyereltarih.com
