The waterside mansion on Barış Manço Avenue, in the rustic European style and built of wood cladding over concrete brick, has thick eave cornices that display the character of wooden lacework. The mansion was registered under protection no. 76 and the name "Traditional House-Type Waterside Mansion" in the decision taken in 1971 by the High Council for Immovable Antiquities and Monuments concerning the waterside mansions on the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus shore. 1 —– 1 Orhan Erdenen, Bosphorus Waterside Mansions, vol. 1, İBB Kültür A.Ş, 2006.
