On the empty plot to the right of the remains of a masonry waterside mansion with classical walls on Barış Manço Avenue, a masonry waterside mansion was later built. The structure was registered under protection no. 72 and the name "Masonry Waterside Mansion Remains" in the decision taken in 1971 by the High Council for Immovable Antiquities and Monuments concerning the waterside mansions on the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus shore. 1 —– 1 Orhan Erdenen, Bosphorus Waterside Mansions, vol. 1, İBB Kültür A.Ş, 2006.
