This two-storey waterside mansion on Barış Manço Avenue, built in a now-deteriorated wooden lath-and-plaster technique, passed to Kadri Pasha from his father-in-law and is still used by the family. Repaired several times, with strikingly beautiful interior and exterior ornamentation, the mansion had some of its sections demolished and the plots sold, including its oarsmen's rooms and boathouse; sharing the ill fate of the Bosphorus mansions, it was damaged twice by ship collisions. The waterside mansion was registered under protection no. 71 by the Council for Immovable Antiquities and Monuments in 1971.
