Editor's Note
The apartment building at block 705, parcel 33, located at Vişnezade District, Süleyman Seba Caddesi No. 91, was registered as a 'Second-Degree Cultural Property Requiring Protection' by decision no. 6748 dated 28/12/2021 of the Istanbul No. 3 Regional Board for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, under the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Museums of the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Built in 1952 in the architectural style of the Republican period, the building's design was drawn by Fuat Barlas, on the condition that he carry out the construction himself.
