Located on Zincirlikuyu Avenue: 'the school and the fountain beneath it are the charitable endowment of Kadri Çavuş, one of the sergeants of the Imperial Arsenal; his name was Abdülkâdir. And the date in the arch of this fountain is this: 1115' (AD 1703-04). [1] The fountain, which was in ruins, has undergone restoration.
