It is located within the boundaries of the village of Atçılar in the Arpaçay district of Kars Province. This is a cemetery belonging to the Molokan people, who were subjected to forced migration during the Tsarist Russian period and lived in some villages of Kars. The Molokans lived in the region from 1860 until 1960-1962. The cemetery is officially registered.
