Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the Kazım Karabekir neighborhood in the Susuz district of Kars Province. Because it stood to the west of the military hospital during the Russian occupation between 1878 and 1918, it is thought to have been built as that building's lodging. With an L-shaped plan and made of cut stone, the structure lies in ruins today.
