Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of the Kazım Karabekir neighborhood in the Susuz district of Kars Province. Built as the administrative building of the headquarters during the Russian occupation between 1878 and 1918, it was allocated to the Cılavuz Village Institute in 1937. During that period it is thought to have served as the institute's administrative building or as lodging for teachers.
