It is located within the boundaries of the Erenler neighborhood in the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. The exact date of construction is unknown, but the building is thought to have been erected as a military structure during the Russian occupation of 1878–1918. The single-storey building is rectangular in plan and made of cut stone. An addition was made to the north of the structure in later periods.
