The exact date of construction of the church, located on the highland pasture of Hacıveli Village near Bulanık Village, is unknown. The building, understood to have been built in the Middle Ages, has a cruciform plan on the outside and a three-leaf clover plan on the inside. Ornamentation with geometric and floral motifs is found here and there.
