The bridge within the bounds of the village of Dereler, in the Kağızman district of Kars province, is thought to have been built by Tsarist Russia in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The bridge over the Aras River is an iron bridge. Owned by the General Directorate of Highways, it was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 2) by decision no. 3466 of the Kars Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property, dated 24 February 2022.
