The building, whose exact date of construction is unknown, was erected as the stable building (horse barn) of the military headquarters during the Russian occupation of 1878-1918. Today it is used as a grain warehouse by the Turkish Grain Board. The single-storey building has a rectangular plan measuring 33.00 by 13.00 metres. Its short sides have round-arched entrance doors, and these façades end in triangular pediments. The windows on the long façades sit at eaves level and are small, rectangular-framed, and of a segmental-arch form. The keystones of the arches are emphasized by being brought forward.
