It stands within the bounds of Yeniköy village in the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. The two-arched stone bridge was registered as a Listed Immovable Cultural Asset by decision no. 2877 of the Kars Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 18 August 2020.
