Editor's Note
It stands within the bounds of Yeniköy village in the Sarıkamış district of Kars province. Its exact construction date is unknown, but it is known to have been built during the Russian occupation between 1878 and 1918. The single-storey, U-plan building of dressed stone has another single-storey building to its southwest. Today it stands derelict.
