Editor's Note
It is located in the Şeyhmerzuban neighbourhood, formerly known as Tekke village, 5 km from the Zara district, near the Sheikh Merzuban Tomb, and takes its name from the tekke there. Built of cut stone with two arches over the Acısu Stream, a tributary of the Kızılırmak, the bridge has no written source or inscription on it, so its date of construction is unknown; however, considering its architectural style and the materials used, it is understood to have been built in the late Ottoman period, around the 19th century.
