The building on Cumhuriyet Avenue in the central district of Yıldızeli was built in 1915 during the time of the Sivas Governor Muammer Bey. Built of cut stone, it is two storeys high with arched windows and a mirrored, roofed, tall appearance, with a spacious, comfortable hall and rooms; its floor and ceiling are of wood, and two of its leaves are of wooden arches.
