The bath, located in the Cami neighbourhood of the central district of Yıldızeli at the point where Fevzi Çakmak and Hamam Street intersect, was commissioned in 1640 by Kemankeş Kara Mustafa Paşa. Kara Mustafa Paşa also had two inns and a bath built, of which only the mosque and the bath have survived to the present day.
