There is no definite information about the history of the Tomb of Hardal Tülce Baba. The tomb lies near the village of Hardal in the Şarkışla district of Sivas, about 3 km off the village road. Today it is a structure surrounded by concrete walls. Once merely a pile of stones, the site was later turned into a tomb. According to local belief, villagers who see Tülce Baba in their dreams come here to sacrifice animals. Among the people, the site is regarded as a "yatır," that is, the grave of a holy man.
