Location and Setting: It is within the courtyard of the Haci Serif Aga Mosque in the Carsi quarter of the Arapgir district. Present Condition: Its water flows and is in use today. Its front facade has been restored. The resting benches have been plastered with concrete mortar. On the whole, it retains its original form. History: Based on the mosque's inscription, it is recorded as having been built in AH 1318 (AD 1900). Inscription: Set within the pointed-arch niche is an inscription on a rectangular limestone slab measuring 35 x 45 cm, with text carved in relief; it bears three lines of Ottoman writing with a date noted beneath them.
