The Kaskaloglu Mansion belongs to Rasim Kaskaloglu, a member of Arapgir's well-established notables who was engaged in trade. Rasim Kaskaloglu is known to have served as Mayor of Arapgir between 1946 and 1949, and to have died in 1975. The mansion is surrounded on three sides by a large garden and sits on a plot totalling 7 donums. Built with three storeys including the basement, the structure was constructed in the 1920s.
