Location and Setting: It was built in the square of Isa village's Asagi Mahalle quarter, in the Arguvan district, beneath a mulberry tree. Present Condition: The fountain's water still flows and is used by the villagers. Its front facade has been whitewashed with white lime. The barrel-vaulted upper covering has been plastered over with concrete mortar. The water basins and side benches within the fountain niche have been plastered with concrete mortar. The cut-stone fountain's western side wall has cracked. Patron: According to its inscription, it was repaired by Haci Ismail Efendi, son of Ali Haci Imam.
