Location and Setting: It was built adjoining the west wall of a two-storey adobe house in the Yukari Mahalle quarter of Isa village, in the Arguvan district of Malatya province. Present Condition: The fountain, whose water still flows and which is used by the villagers, retains its original character. Made of finely cut stone, the gaps between the rubble stones in its upper covering, side walls, and rear wall have been plastered with concrete mortar. The interior of the cut-stone arched niche retains its original state. The inscription, which is in good condition, has been whitewashed over with lime.
