Location and Setting: It stands among open fields along a trade route, about 1.5 km from the Ormansirti quarter, at the Catli locality in the Ormansirti (Cucugen) quarter of the Arapgir district. Current Condition: The fountain preserves its original form in its general structure. The joints between the cut stones, the water troughs, the canopy, and the perimeter wall have been plastered in fine joints with coarse mortar. It has no tap; the water flows from a pipe. Every part of the fountain apart from the pipe is original. The fountain no longer flows and is unused today.
