Location and Setting: It stands beside the village room, diagonally across from the Ormansirti (Cucugen) Mosque, in the Orta quarter of the Ormansirti (Cucugen) quarter of the Arapgir district. Current Condition: It has largely preserved its original form. It has no original water spout; the water flows from a metal pipe. The area around the water trough and the joints of the cut stones have been plastered here and there with concrete mortar. The flowing fountain is still in use today. Commissioned by: According to its inscription, it was commissioned by a statesman named "Osman." History: There is a niche where the water cup was placed.
