Although there is no inscription giving a definite construction date for the Dedeoglu Mansion, its architectural features, building materials, and construction technique indicate that it dates to around the 1900s. Reflecting the typical features of traditional Ottoman residential architecture, the mansion has an outer-hall plan type with a kiosk (kosk) and iwan. The building fronts onto two streets and a courtyard. It has three stories. The building is lit by windows opening onto the street and the courtyard. It was built using a mixed construction technique.
