Surp Hagop Manastırı is a church in Onikişubat, Kahramanmaraş; The Surp Hagop Monastery, or as it was popularly known the Tekke Church, stood on a hill in the western part of Maras, in the Armenian neighborhood called Hay Tagh by the Armenians and Tekke by the Turks.

The Surp Hagop Monastery, or as it was popularly known the Tekke Church, stood on a hill in the western part of Maras, in the Armenian neighborhood called Hay Tagh by the Armenians and Tekke by the Turks. Although no trace whatsoever remains today on the site of the building, the monastery grounds continued to be called Tekke, and the neighborhood below it the Tekke or Gavur (Infidel) Quarter. According to tradition, the Turks, claiming that bandits hid here and concealed their loot around the monastery, intervened in the area around the monastery and carried out excavations.
