Editor's Note
The Resit Pasha Mansion is today owned by the Onikisubat Municipality. Although it is not known for certain who built it or when, its architectural style and construction techniques place it among works of the Late Ottoman period. The house was built using masonry construction, comprising a ground floor and one upper floor. The lower floor is built of rough-hewn stone, while the upper floor is built using the lath-and-plaster (bagdadi) technique. The building has an inner-hall plan type and is oriented to the south.
