Tomb of the Prophet Joshua. As is known, the Prophet Joshua (Yuşa, peace be upon him) was of the Children of Israel and the nephew of the Prophet Moses. He delivered the Children of Israel from their nomadic life and settled them in the Land of Canaan. In Gaziantep, in the Boyacı neighborhood, on the street running from the Boyacı Mosque toward the Kavaflar Bazaar, at a spot known as Pir Sefa, there is a single-story building. Within this building are two tombs in two rooms. According to tradition, one belongs to the Prophet Joshua and the other to Pir Sefa. The Tomb of Pir Sefa: Pir Sefa and the Prophet Joshua rest in the same place.
