The Şeker Han was built in 1850. Originally built to lodge travelers, the han follows the classic arrangement, with storerooms and a stable on the ground floor and rooms upstairs. The entrance is provided by a 2.5-meter-wide pointed-arch main gate located near the northern corner of the eastern facade. Projecting 0.8 meters from the facade to give it a prominent appearance, this gate is notable for its arched section topped with a tiled roof. The entrance hall connects to the trapezoidal courtyard through an open, L-shaped passage.
