Pişi

Pişi is a food made by puffing leavened dough in hot oil, also known as bişi, bavırsak or tuzlu lokma. It is found across a geography reaching from Central Asia to the Middle East. In Anatolia it is often made on the eve of a holiday and shared with neighbours, which lends it a custom of giving.
