Tille Höyük is a settlement mound on the west bank of the Euphrates, in the Geldibuldu (formerly Tille) village of Adıyaman Province, some 60 km east of Adıyaman. It rises about 26 metres above the surrounding land in the narrow valley of a stream feeding the Euphrates.
