Tilmen Hoyuk is an archaeological mound about 10 km east of Islahiye in Gaziantep Province, on land surrounded by branches of the Karasu River. About 225 metres in diameter and 21 metres high, it sits on the western edge of the Sakcagozu Plain very near the Amanos Mountains and is one of the largest of the more than fifty mounds on the plain.
