Sultantepe Höyüğü is a ancient site in Eyyübiye, Şanlıurfa; Sultantepe (perhaps ancient Huzirina) is a tell beside Sultantepe Koyu, about 15 km south of Urfa on the road to Harran in the Harran district of Sanliurfa.

Sultantepe (perhaps ancient Huzirina) is a tell beside Sultantepe Koyu, about 15 km south of Urfa on the road to Harran in the Harran district of Sanliurfa. With a base diameter of 550 metres it is the largest mound on the Urfa plain, standing 43 metres high. It holds a Late Assyrian temple complex and sat at the edge of the Neo-Assyrian Empire.
