Editor's Note
Ayanlar Höyük is an archaeological site in Southeastern Anatolia, about 30 km west of Urfa. Discovered in 2013, the settlement was occupied during the early to mid Pre-Pottery Neolithic B period. It is a large mound like Göbekli Tepe and Karahan Tepe and visibly belongs to the Taş Tepeler culture, though it has yet to be excavated.
