Carallia was a city in the Roman province of Pamphylia Prima. It is mentioned in the acts of both the Council of Ephesus (431) and the Council of Chalcedon (451), and recorded as Karalia in the 6th-century Synecdemus. Modern scholars locate the ancient settlement near the village of Gözübüyük in the Alanya district of Antalya Province.
