Karkabo was a settlement of ancient Lycia, built on a slope and hilltop about 1 km east of the ruins of Alakilise; its name is known from an inscription in the narthex of Alakilise and from the Life of Saint Nicholas of Sion. The site preserves a small church of roughly 10 by 5 metres, two cisterns, and the remains of houses with their own cisterns and workshops. It lies east of Belören village, near Alakilise, in the Demre district of Antalya.
