Aianteion was a town of ancient Thrace, settled in the Roman period. Its site lies on İstanbul's European side, near the Salı Pazarı in the Tophane quarter of Beyoğlu. It is called the Thracian Aianteion to set it apart from the town of the same name in the Troad.
