Nephelis (also called Nephelion) was an ancient city on the southern Mediterranean coast of Turkey, in the Roman province of Cilicia and, in late antiquity, Isauria. It lies near present-day Muzkent, about 38 km west-northwest of Anemurion. The city is mentioned in ancient sources such as Ptolemy and the Stadiasmus Maris Magni, and its bishop attended the Council of Chalcedon in 451. The bishopric there is the origin of the titular see of Nephelis.
