Editor's Note
The Health Museum is a museum in the Sultanahmet quarter of Istanbul. Founded in 1918 by Dr. Hikmet Hamdi, it first exhibited charts on venereal diseases, to which material on infectious and social diseases was later added. With its latest renovation completed in 2019, it contains sections on physiology, anatomy and various health topics.
